Started in June 2018 with just two passionate trust officers, AAE International Trust Ltd has grown into a vibrant 10-member team based in Labuan. We offer five key services—company secretarial, financial licence advisory, wealth planning, custodial services, and work permit support—designed to help businesses thrive. We’re committed to training the younger generation to rise up as trust officers and contribute to the Labuan IBFC industry. Trust Officer
ESTHER SANGEEDHA ANANDARAJ
Esther is the co-founder of AAE International Trust Ltd, a licensed trust officer, and a practising lawyer. She holds a degree in Software Engineering and completed her law studies through the University of London (External). She has been practising since 2009, with a strong passion for technology law.
As Head of Operations, Esther works behind the scenes to keep everything moving—organising the team, chasing papers, talking to clients, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. She’s the engine room of AAE and your go-to person for getting things done. Esther shares Andrew’s passion for mentoring fresh graduates, helping them grow into confident trust officers. Esther also speaks regularly at training events and conferences, introducing others to the exciting world of Labuan and its potential for international business.

ANDREW ANG YU HUI
Andrew Ang Yu Hui is the founder of AAE International Trust Ltd and a licensed trust officer. He has been a practising lawyer since 2012, after graduating with a law degree from Aberystwyth University, Wales, UK. He also runs his own legal firm, Andrew, Jye & Co, and is well known as a trusted property lawyer.
Andrew enjoys helping clients solve tricky business issues by offering smart Labuan structures that make things simpler and more effective. He’s passionate about mentoring young graduates, training them to become confident trust officers who make a real difference.
He believes that every business problem has a solution—you just need the right plan. Andrew loves meeting people, sharing ideas, and finding ways to help businesses grow and succeed.
Friendly and practical, Andrew brings a mix of legal know-how, real-world experience, and a big heart for people into everything he does.
