AAE was incorporated in 2018 with the main objective of bridging the gap between the public and the Labuan International Financial Centre. Good service begins from good ideas, that’s how we meet our clients’ needs.
We are a full-fledged trust company located in Labuan. We offer a wide range of services including advisory on corporate structures, obtaining financial licences and incorporation of Labuan companies.
Our Expertise
AAE’s origin was borne out of the legal industry, focusing on Labuan laws. Over time, AAE partnered with several accounting firms to offer new insights into the development of the Labuan tax landscape, advisory on Labuan corporate structures, wealth management and advisory on obtaining financial licenses from the Labuan Financial Services Authority.

ESTHER SANGEEDHA ANANDARAJ
Esther Anandaraj is a software engineer who subsequently pursued law. She previously chambered and worked in Skrine under the litigation arm before she moved on to pursue her dreams of being a technology lawyer. She joined the helm of Lee Perara Tan where she strengthened her knowledge and expertise in corporate and commercial work before she landed her dream job at Naqiz & Partners as a technology lawyer. She worked on various projects including the Maybank Transformation project. Just as she was starting to get comfortable, her career transformed into a challenging one when she started up her own partnership with another partner. Thus Andrew, Jye & Co, located in Taman OUG, Kuala Lumpur came to be.
Esther then had an opportunity to join the helms of a Trust Company that was formed and located in Labuan. AAE International Trust Ltd was thus born in July 2018 and is the new kid on the block in Labuan, Malaysia.
ANDREW ANG YU HUI
Andrew Ang has been an Advocate & Solicitor in Malaysia for the past 8 years. He rose up to start his own practice and earned a name in the property law circle as a specialist in property investment. He has an art for negotiating and closing deals settling matters amicably and dispute resolution. In recent years, he has been involved in taking on briefs and advising corporations whose nature of business is crowdfunding and being an investment vehicle to other corporations.
Ang Yu Hui also has a voracious appetite on the topic of setting up offshore companies and creating investment structures. He is therefore actively involved in the advocacy and setting up of offshore corporations, advisory on acquisition of private equity and advisory on obtaining licences to carry out financial services. He works hand in hand with the Labuan International Business and Financial Centre to achieve this end.
